Website Orders

If you placed your order directly on our website (madebymitchell.co.uk), please use the chat icon in the bottom left corner to speak with our team. This is the fastest and only way we manage website support.

Please note: We do not monitor replies to order confirmation emails or any emails sent to orders@madebymitchell.co.uk.

All support requests must go through the online chat support system via our website. 

TikTok Shop Orders

If you placed your order via TikTok Shop, all support must be handled directly through the TikTok Shop app or website.

This is TikTok’s policy, and we are unable to assist with these orders via our website chat or email.

Tip: Go to your TikTok orders -> select your order -> click “Customer Support” to open a case.
