ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing times are dependent upon the volume of orders received but your order will generally be processed and ready for dispatch within two working days.

 

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

United Kingdom – DPD LOCAL

Once processed, your order will be dispatched with DPD Local. This is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking link via email.

Orders will generally be delivered the next working day after dispatch.

 

International Orders – DPD DIRECT

Including: United States, Canada, Finland, Luxembourg, Czechia, Denmark, Greece, Austria, France, Lithuania, Japan

This is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to reach you. Orders are generally delivered sooner than this, but the delivery timescale can vary depending on the delivery location and customs clearance times.

Please note that international shipping is weight-based; prices vary and will be shown at checkout. If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier may attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a designated safe space.

In the instance that your parcel is unclaimed and/or returned to us by the courier, you will be automatically refunded the value of your order less the shipping charge.

Selected countries/regions may be required to pay international customs charges.  Due to the nature of frequently changing customs policies, Made by Mitchell is unable to pay individual customs charges on behalf of customers. Therefore, any customs/duties taxes or charges connected with retrieving parcels after your parcel has left our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer. Prior to placing your order, it is advisable that you contact your local customs office for further information.
